You've heard me talk about Finishers before. At the end
of your regular workout it's a 10-minute circuit or complex
you can do instead of the normal 45-minutes on the
treadmill.
A few weeks ago I shared some Kettlebell Finishers with
you I had been using lately.
If you're not a pro with kettlebells or don't have access to
then a barbell complex will work just fine.
Here's a barbell complex you can do at the end of your
next workout for your conditioning.
