Here's a quicke workout I just did before heading in to the
office.
It's a quick one, but it works great.
Do 6-reps of each with a barbell.
-Bent Over Row
-RDL
-High Pull
-Front Squat
-Push Press
-Burpee with Push-Up
Rest 30-seconds to 1-minute and repeat 4-6 times.

can use this as your cardio at the end of the workout
