5-Minute Workout of the Day

If you're like me you've got a crazy busy week getting
prepared for Thanksgiving.
Either you're getting ready to hit the road, or you have
some friends or relatives coming to visit.
Either way I thought you'd appreciate this time-saving
workout that only takes 5-minutes.
Kettlebell Swings & Goblet Squat Ladder
Here's how a ladder works. We are going to start with
10-reps and work our way down to 1-rep.
Select an appropriate weight, probably between
16-24 kg for me.
You are not to put the bell down during this workout
unless you absolutely have to.
Start by doing 10 kettlebell swings followed by 10
goblet squats.
Without resting or putting the KB down, keep going
right into 9 kettlebell swings followed by 9 goblet squats.
Keep going until you've climbed down the "ladder" to
1 rep of each.

You can also use this as Workout Finisher.
That just means that you do it at the end of your normal
workout instead of doing 30-45 minutes on a cardio
machine.
