Bodybuilding Diets Practical?

When I was in my twenties it was a lot easier to
eat 5-6 smaller meals per day to keep my metabolism
going fast and feeding lean protein to my muscles.
 
Now I"m a dad, a husband, a business owner
and I'm not dount a lot busier than I used to be.
 
Eating every couple hours all day long every few
hours isn't as practical as it used to be.
 
Anyway, Nate's approach reminds of the Warrior
Diet where you eat bigger meals at the end of
the day.
