Top 3 Deceptive So-Called "Health Foods"

Hang with me here for this rant and let me get this
off my chest.
 
Look if you or I eat a glazed deep fried donut
we know that it's not a healthy choice.  There's
no debate about it. Everyone knows they're bad
for you.  
 
What really gets under my skin is when the food
manufacturers who are in bed with the politicians
and pharmaceutical companies start labeling foods
as "heart healthy" or "low fat" or "cholesterol free"
tricking you into thinking they are healthy choices.
 
There is NOTHING further from the truth.
 
Forget everything you've heard about fats and
please just remember this one thing the next time you
go to the store.
 
The fats that are bad for you are not the ones that
come from animals.....it's the FAKE man-made ones.
 
Look for this in everything...Trans Fats...Hydrogenated
Fats or Vegetable Oil.  If you see it on the label of a
food you're thinking about buying...DON'T.
 
These fake "Frankenfats" that have been chemically
altered to prolong their shelf life are the real enemy.
 
Don't be fooled by So-Called "Health Foods" that
are advertised as good for you.
