UFC strength & power secrets (pics)

I forgot to tell you. A week and a half ago Team
Critical Bench completed the Tough Mudder.
For Coach Chis and I this was our third one.
For Dan Long and Anthony Alayon also pictured
below this was their first.
If you're not familiar it's a 12 mile challenge with
about 30 obstacles ranging from crawling in tunnels,
walking a mile in mud, jumping in freezing ice water
and the worst by far was getting electrocuted.
Seriously that part sucked. We stepped out of our
comfort zone and crushed it again. See pic below.
As you can imagine the day afterwards I was extremely sore
and tight everywhere!
What really helped me feel better was my workout on Monday
when I used some mobility movements from Eric Wong's Hip

Here's the exercise that really helped loosen me up. It's called,
the Lateral Leg Drop and it is used by a lot of MMA fighters.
Here's how to try it:
1. Lie down on your back with your knees bent and feet flat
on the ground.
2. Drive your hips up until your body is flat and lift one leg
straight into the air.
3. Keep your hips up high as you drop one leg out to the side
and return under control.
4. Perform up to 10 reps on one side, take a short 5-10 second
break then repeat on the other side.

You might be asking yourself....cool Mike but why do I want flexible
hips?
1) When you have flexible hips your warm up at the gym will be a lot
faster.
2) You'll make faster gains in strength and speed because the hips
are where your power comes from.
3) Movements that used to feel slow and tight will become fluid and
performed with ease as if you released the brakes.
Next question...who is Eric Wong?
Good question. Eric has been training UFC fighters including those
pictured below since 2006. As you can imagine guys that fight for
a living need to kick high, be explosive, fast and strong and the limiting
factor for them is often the hips.
You know what's annoying? When every email you read somebody
claims that their "close" friend has a message to share. Eric and I are
actually friends and hang out in real life.
Here's a pic of us at Dave Ruel's wedding a few months ago.
If you're like me and you have back pain from time and feel
tight your hips definitely need unlocking too.
When your back hurts, it's very common that your hips are tight
as well. Not only have I personally reviewed this program, but
I also had injury specialist Rick Kaselj look it over and Rick told
I also had injury specialist Rick Kaselj look it over and Rick told
me on a phone call last week that the exercises look great.
You'll squat better, deadlift more, get faster, be more pain free
and just move better. I highly recommend Eric Wong's Hip
Mobility Solution.
You just can't go "Wong" getting it for $50 Off <---Ends Tomorrow
Act now this introductory price won't last "wong."
Okay last "Wong" joke. What if his program doesn't help with
what's "wong" with you?
Well in that case not only will you get a full refund but I'll also
personally DDT him for you like I did in the pic below.
To end things on a serious note...having tight hips is not a joke. It
will greatly limit your athletic ability. I want you to perform at your
best and live life to the fullest which is why I stand behind this product.
Unlock your hips so you can train your hardest!
