Hybrid Cardio Complexes (free pdf)

I'm about to head out, but wanted to hook you up with a
free PDF first.
They are designed to be done at the end of a regular workout
to replace 45-60 minutes of steady state cardio.
The resistance is light and in some cases you're just using
body weight.
