I left the beach volleyball game to go charge my wife's kindle
at the hotel room and just found out that my boy Ben Pakulski
won 1st runner up at this year's Arnold!
What an
epic and nail biting battle last night.... With only 11 weeks
of contest prep and food poisoning the night BEFORE the event
Big Ben was 1st Runner Up at the 25th Arnold Classic.

Three years ago he was 10th, last year he was 4th and this year
he came in second.
And to celebrate he's putting his best selling MI40 program
on sale.
Okay I gotta get back to the beach now after I re-apply
some 30 SPF sunscreen to my Swedish skin..lol
