I was determined to KILL him!

I was a crazy kid growing up.... some might say that I
am still pretty crazy ;) 
 
In my senior year of high school football I lead the
conference in quarter back sacks.
 
I was super fast and explosive so it was easy for me to
drive past most offensive linemen and attack the
unsuspecting QB.
 
When I got to the QB I wasn't just determined to tackle
him... I was determined to KILL him.
 
Of course, I didn't really want to take someone's life, I
just wanted to lay 100% of my effort into bringing him
down.

 
In fact, I even wrote the letters K.I.L.L on the front of
my helmet.
 
Believe me... my opponents were scared! hahah!
 
Look, the only way to develop that type of "kill or be
killed" attitude is though hard work and preparation.

I would spend almost all of my time during the off season
in my parents basement training with barbells just like this.
 
My training methods were simple.

I lifted heavy, did some bodybuilding and jumped...
a lot!

 
Today I train my clients, especially athletes, using a
very similar system.
