Elliott's "Men's STRENGTH CAMP" Workouts

When I opened my gym, Strength Camp, about six
years ago I intended to ONLY train athletes -- mostly
football players.
But as time went on my expenses began to exceed the
income I was earning by training only athletes.
One day a father of one of my athletes asked if he could
join us for a workout.
He seemed to be in good enough shape so I let him do
the workout with us.
I was amazed at how well he took to the workout AND
how much he loved it!

He told me that it was the most fun he had EVER had
while working out... and he had been working out for
over 30 years.

That was when a huge idea struck me!
I could offer a training class for "regular dudes", but
train them just like athletes :)

That is how I started my very first "Men's Strength Camp".
And today I still train that same dad, and a bunch of his
buddies every single day at my gym.
