the NEW "hybrid" workouts

I've found that nothing gets your entire body as strong
as a "hybrid" approach to strength training.

This means we combine several different training
modalities in order to meet a specific goal.

Hybrid is different than many "cross training" workouts
in that the workouts are designed with a specific
performance goal in mind... 

...Not just "fitness".
 
Anyway, one of the best combinations I have ever used
for gaining full body strength, is Power lifting combined
with Gymnastics training.

 
Power lifting with the barbell builds brute strength and
power.

Gymnastics training builds core strength and muscle
control.

Both challenge the nervous system to produce more force!
 
That is why I was super excited to discover that one of my
favorite authorities on strength development, Pavel...

...had teamed up with one of the worlds strongest dead-
lifter, Andy Bolton to write a new book called Deadlift
Dynamite
.
 
First, if you love strength as much as I do, then you have
no doubt read all of Pavel's book.  -- I personally think he
is awesome.
 
And he is the guy that taught me so much about "muscle
iridation", and why gymnasts are so strong without doing
any heavy lifting.
 
Next, if you want to be great at ANYTHING... find the
people who are the best at it, and do what they do.
 
Andy Bolton has dead lifted over 1,000 pounds.

Need I say more?
