What's better digital or hard copy?

I'll keep this really short and sweet.
 
Based on emails I've been getting and some of the survey results that
have been coming in a lot of our fans have been asking for Hard Copy DVDs.
 
Ask and you shall receive.  We took Fix My Shoulder Pain and created

P.S. The digital version offered last week was still a much much better
