muscles SOAK UP these carbs!

Yesterday I spoke to you about several ways to
become more insulin sensitive, including the
use of a carb rotation diet. 
 
If your main goal is to build larger, fuller muscles
then carbs may act as your best friend.

What I mean is....

...if you are insulin sensitive, when you do add
carbs back into your meal rotation your sugar
starved muscles are going to soak up the carbs fast!
 
It's almost like magic.
 
One minute your muscles feel flat.
 
The carbs then break down into large sugar molecules
and water that fill your muscles.

Then after about 20 minutes of your carb up meal
your muscles are so pumped that they feel as if
they can rip through your skin!
 
This is an amazing feeling.
 
But you'll only experience this if you are insulin
sensitive, like I said.

When you begin this carb rotation program you'll
start with a 7 day carb fast.

This is usually enough to make most healthy people
sensitive again.
 
Then it's just a matter of timing and rotating your
carbs properly in order to maintain that incredible
"skin ripping" muscle pump feeling.
