behind the neck press (should YOU do it?)

Last week I posted a video of me training chest and
shoulders at my gym.

In the video I perform a few sets of heavy behind the
neck presses.
The fact is that I love this exercise and have found that
it is the BEST for building shoulder mass.

But not everyone should do it.
As you might have learned after watching the shoulder
health videos that my buddy Mike Westerdal published

I think the guy, Rick, in the videos makes some good
points but I'd add to his statements that...

My shoulders are very balanced, stable and flexible.
This allows me to personally benefit from using this
exercise.
