Muscle memory is a pretty interesting and awesome
phenomenon.

But before I tell you about my experience I want to
give YOU are reminder.

The bodybuilding book that I am using to pick many
of my new ideas and training tactics from, is on sale
right now.

But, the sale ends tonight.
If you're interested in the bodybuilding methods of
pro athlete Benjamin Pakulski, then you might want
to grab his MI40 book while it's still $30 off.

In the meantime, if you'd like to follow along with my

MI40 is a complete system, but since I still like to lift
in the 1-5 rep range, (instead of the 8-12 range that Ben
suggests) I've modified it a bit.
