This is a pretty sad situation... but I think it may be helpful to you.
 
We are all different. 
 
No two people are exactly the same...
 
That is a fact that no one would argue against.
 
But regardless of the fact, it seems that popular culture and the
media have brainwashed us to believe we should all "fit the mold".
 
If you are a guy then this mold looks about 6 feet tall, has broad
shoulders, thick upper arm muscles, a narrow waist adorned with
abdominal muscles, a set of sturdy "tree trunk" legs and a calm,
confident look in his eyes. 
 
Kinda like this guy... 
 
 
 
Weather you want to admit it or not... this is the type of body
we are all striving towards.
 
Most guys have enough genetic capacity to get pretty close to
this type of body if they follow the right diet and workout plan
religiously for years.
 
But there are some guys... who seem to have a body of a little
boy, with very little muscle and small bones, all of their lives.
 
For these guys the most important thing to do is follow a routine
that focuses less on lifting heavy weights and more on pure
bodybuilding.
 
That means you're gonna have to train every single exercise
with mass intentions!

 
Total focus on the muscle, the movement and extreme time under
