I gave you guys the exact parameters
to his clusters in yesterdays email and as
promised I wanted to give you a
"anabolic ignition" workout today.
I made that term up because of the
re-firing up of your anabolic hormones
you will receive from doing these
compound style training.
Just remember I'm giving you
one days training which really doesn't
do it justice since each workout is
used to progressively
overload for the next training session but I
wanted to show you guys what you're
working with if you were interested.

5x85%e1RM (all out max effort)
Volume Exercise
DB Lateral Raises
5x8 (90-120 s rest)
Complimentary Exercise
Close Grip BB Floor Press

Inverted Rows

Accessory Exercise
Bicep Curls
3x13 (60 s rest)
Finishing Exercise
1x21 (max effort and use rest pause method)
