"Off-the-Wall" Training [WARNING: Advanced Techniques]

Yesterday you were introduced to 
"Anabolic Slow Down"
 
It's basically when no matter what you 
do or how hard you push yourself 
your body has come to an immediate 
halt in gaining muscle.
 
It's pretty typical amongst most men.
 
You may be relating this to a "plateau"
but it is actually the plateau of all plateau's.
 
It's when your body physically can not grow 
anymore.
 
But our buddy Brad Pilon has discovered a 
very unconventional solution that alters your 
eating and training to not only get you over 
this hump but propel you forward in gains!
 
Like I mentioned though this is very unconventional.
It's not for the typical guy still seeing gains it's
a very complex routine that calls for some 
"off-the-wall" training cycles.
 
He takes these from studying guys such as 
Sheiko and Wendler and adopts various other 
methods into his program to cause 
a physiological shock or muscle awakening 
if you will, through what he calls 
Compound Cluster Training.
