Gain muscle like it was your first time in the gym... AGAIN!

I think it's pretty obvious to every one of
us that we can not physically build endless 
muscle without the limitations from our bodies.
 
Some of us slap it on easy.
 
Some of us are hardgainers.
 
No matter how you first gained I think 
you can agree that your first "muscle 
building journey" was a success.
 
You stumble in your high school gym 
or maybe accompany a buddy to your 
local "chrome & carpet" fitness center.
 
You become amazed by all the various 
movements and techniques involved and don't
hesitate to join in on the fun.
 
After a few weeks of consistency...
 
Viola!
 
You have a few new pounds of dense muscle
on your chest and arms and your confidence
shoots through the roof.  But it doesn't stop here...
 
You catch the iron addiction and for the next few 
years you train your ass off seeking that elusive
