This Creates Harder Muscle ...

Published: Thu, 07/19/12

Lately I've been using this fancy term..

Myofibrillar Hypertrophy

First... YES, I use big words to make me sound
smarter than I really am.

It has to do with my low self esteem from repeatedly
being told I was stupid by my elementary school
teachers.  *joke... kinda*

Next, the term really isn't that fancy...

All it means is that we are building "muscle fibers"
(or myofibrils) in our muscle in order to get stronger.

As opposed to Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy, where we
are increasing the cell fluids (sarcoplasm) to build to
notorious "puffy muscles".

Although The Grow Stronger Method is NOT a muscle
building program...

...but you can expect some interesting changes to happen
within your muscle.

Mainly, they'll get HARDER.

When you add more myofibrils to the muscle cell they
become more dense.

So you may or may not gain muscle mass... but your
muscles will feel like granite, instead of sponge.

Get it?

Like I said, GSM is not about muscle size... its about
STRENGTH.

But a stronger muscle looks harder and firmer.  And
that is not a bad thing at all ;)
