What REAL Freedom Means

A few weeks ago I held on of my STRENGTHOLOGY
Certification workshops at my gym with four incredible
students.

A recurring theme throughout all of our "side talks" was
freedom.

Specifically my personal definition of freedom.

Which is FREEDOM OF THE BODY.

You might think that your body is free.  But chances are,
like most of us, your body has become a personal prison
that restricts your full physical and emotional expression.

Restricted breathing.

Restricted mobility.

Restricted motility.

And restricted movement capacity all contribute to your
loss of bodily freedom.

When you can run, jump, throw, crawl, push, pull, drag,
twist and e-mote with absolute freedom and POWER...

You're on your way to experiencing everything that your
body is truly capable of... with freedom.

Here is a resource that we've created that might help you
regain the power I'm describing.

I once heard someone say... "freedom isn't free".

That means we've got to work our asses off to attain and
keep it.

Here is a plan for your independence.

Happy Independence Day :)
