Is it possible to split your muscle fibers?
Published: Fri, 06/08/12
You may have heard the term hyperplasia lately. It can
be a good thing or bad thing. Basically it refers to splitting
your cells.
If it's your fat cells that's a very bad thing, which can
happen when you bulk for too long. Elliott will talk more
about that next week.
Today the kind of hyperplasia we're talking about is
an amazingly awesome thing...because it can double
the amount of muscle fibers you have.
Note: It has not been proven scientifically in humans,
but I'm not going to wait around for a bunch of pencil
necks to tell me whether it works.
Nick Nilsson has tried in on himself with amazing results.
He explains it in TIP # 4 on this page. It's very extreme
but the potential is amazing.
The type of training he describes is used during one phase
of his new 28-day workout called Muscle Explosion.
In less than a month imagine yourself:
-Gaining 7 to 10 lbs of lean muscle mass.
-Adding 30-60 lbs to your deadlift or
-20-40 lbs on your bench press!
If this sounds like something you want to experience, you can
grab a copy for $40 off with a discount I had Nick set up for you.
It's been on sale all week and today is the last day. At midnight
on Friday June 8th the price goes up by $40.
