This Workout Is TOUGH! (try it today)

If you read this newsletter I bet you LOVE to train just as
hard as I do.
 
We like to challenge ourselves, right?
 
Personally, I can lift some pretty heavy weights, I also
have really good functional / core strength.
 
But when it comes to metabolic or "fat burning" circuits,
I've met my match! -- They kick my ass!
 
Here is One of the 33 Ab Finishers from page 22 of
Mike Whitfield's new workout manual. 
 
 
**NOTE** If you're not sure about how to do some of these
exercises, Mike included an exercise library in the manual
for you.  -- But you can always just Google the exercise name ;) 
 
Hey,  these workouts are meant to be done at the end of your
workout... hence the name FINISHERS.
 
If you love the routine your currently following and want to
add
a short fat burning circuit that might help your abs pop
out, to the end of each session... then try these.
