Time to get off the sidelines!

One of the worst feelings of my life was in high school when I had to
miss our season opener during my senior year of football.
I had an injured lower back and wasn't cleared to play. Having
trained and practiced the entire off season and busted my butt for
so long made sitting on the sideline feel unbearable.
Fortunately it wasn't anything serious and I was back in action
shortly there after to help our team win the conference championship
for the first time :)
for the first time :)
Later in life when I started competing in the bench press and
powerlifting I found myself sidelined again due to some pain in
my elbow and forearm which made lifting feel unbearable.
The "Doc" told me to rest and ice and proclaimed that it could
take months to get better.
take months to get better.
I had a meet coming up in a few weeks that I had been training
for and refused to just drop out and quit lifting for an extended
period of time.
Instead I called my buddy Jedd Johnson a pro grip strength
competitor and he shared with me a few exercises that totally
resolved the issue.
Fast forward a couple years later and Jedd has put all of his advice
and tips together in a system called, Fix Your Elbow pain.
You'll get the scoop on elbow sleeves, sports creams, self massage/
release, prehab stretches and special exercises you can use to
cut your recovery time by way more than half.

Get off the sidelines and get back in the game by taking matters
into your own hands (literally).
