Lazy Lower Back Syndrome! [pictures inside]

Published: Fri, 02/17/12

For the past few weeks I have been decorating my
new gym with motivational posters and quotes.

As I was searching online for posters that really
speak the "strength camp language" I found and
bought the one below.

If you can't read the caption above the image of
that massive back with lumbar erectors that look
like two giant sweet potatoes beneath the skin...

It says, "Backs are to lifters, what biceps are to
bodybuilders"

A truer statement has never been made!

Lifter's lift... that's why they are strong and have
low backs that can leverage hundreds of pounds
on the dead lift, squat, Olympic lifts and in
strongman.

They have slabs of muscle in the places that matter
most.

Like the quads, upper back, lower back, neck,
shoulders and forearms.

That's not to say that their biceps and calves aren't
massive also... its just that those muscles take their
rightful place as "assistant muscles."

Building a super strong and massive back is like
building your home on a foundation of granite.

Working on your biceps and other "show boat"
muscles without having a strong back, is like
building your house on sand.

Nick Nilsson's new book has over 140 different
back exercises that you can add to your program
today.

You already know what to do... but if you see some
punk doing curls in the gym, while his back is bent
over and weak, slap him.

Then show him some of the moves you learned in
this awesome back exercise database.
