If you eat THIS, you've been FOOLED!

As a result of the affluence that America experience
post World War 2, consumerism in our country
exploded.

Marketers and manufacturers teamed up to devise
and sell more and more stuff that we really didn't
need.

One of the first industries where the American
consumers were manipulated to spend money for
things that previously they would NEVER buy, was
the processed food industry.

For thousands of generations human beings grew
and raised their own food right in their yards... or
more likely, they bought their food from local
farmers or neighbors.

After World War 2, when processed and packaged
foods came around, frozen and preserved food were
marketed as "convenient".

Things like "the TV dinner", where a homemaker
could simply toss a box in the oven and 20 minutes
later have food for the whole family, were offered
to the public.

But, people knew better.

They instinctively knew that the foods in these boxes,
that had been frozen months earlier, not only tasted
bad... they were bad for their bodies.

In the early years, sales for these processed foods were
dismal.  People still rather farm their own food or
buy locally.

That was until the marketers got smart... since the foods
in their boxes and cans always looked gray and lifeless,
they began placing beautiful pictures of what the food
"should" look like on the boxes.

Then they systematically began "educating" the public
on what is healthy to eat, or not to eat.  They used
puppet government organizations, like the FDA, to add
credibility to their ridiculous claims.

Foods that were previously never eaten because people
knew better, were now being sold as "health foods"!

These include such garbage food stuffs as soy and the
myriad of vegetable oils that can be found in almost
all processed foods today.

AND foods that previously made up a large majority of
the American diet, like whole milk, butter and meat...
were deemed "bad for your heart".

One look at the health of American people reveals just
how badly we've been fooled!

The great thing about the Information Age is that the
internet has exposed many of the lies that the
establishment have manipulated us to believe for so long.

For example, over on this website you'll find a list of
all of these so called "health foods", that you really should
avoid.

In fact, Mike Geary has a whole book about what foods
you REALLY should avoid and how to prepare meals
that would make our great grandparents proud.

He calls it The Fat Burning Kitchen.

Burning fat is great, and WILL happen when you begin
to eat the right foods... but what I think is even better are
all of the other magical things that will happen when
you begin eating the foods nature intended for us.
