Jesus vs Muhammad (fat loss challenge)

Regardless of your religious conviction, or if you even believe
in a god... there is something that all of the "teachers" from
Jesus, to Buddha, to Muhammad, even the Native American
deities have done, and taught us to do for superior health.
 
FASTING! 
 
It's a health practice that is as old as dirt... humans have been
fasting for health and mindfulness for thousands of years.
 
Amongst the benefits for fasting are:
 
+ Resting Your Metabolism
+ Detoxifying
+ Breaking Food Addictions
+ Digestive Cleansing
+ Hormone Balance
+ and the list goes on! 
 
Like with everything else... we (humans) become so smart that
we scoff at and ignore traditional ideas and wisdom.
 
We say crap like, "Meat is bad for you... only eat grains."
 
And then 20 years later everyone says, "Don't eat grains, only
eat meat!
"
 
Silly, huh?
 
So fasting is one of those things that everyone had believed to
be bad for you (probably propagated by the processed food
manufacturers), that NOW realize has a million benefits!
