DANGEROUS Crash Diet (really works!)

I really wish I could sit up on my "high horse" and tell
you just how bad crash diets are and that you should
never do it.
 
But... I'd be full of sh*t.
 
The truth is that I am ON a crash diet right now!
 
I have to cut 10 pounds before weigh-ins for my
strongman competition tomorrow morning.  So, I'm
following a plan that will make me lose 10 pounds in
a few hours.
 
Is this a very healthy thing to do?
 
No.
 
Does it work?
 
Yes.
 
Now, you actually CAN lose around 13 pounds over
the course of 10 days in a far safer way, that will also
last longer.
 
It's kinda like a "Mini Crash Diet" that is safe and works.
 
I would suggest following something like John Romaniello's 
10 Day Rapid Meltdown method for something like that.

I'd guess that you're not a competitive strength or combat
athlete that will often have to cut weight in order to compete
in a weight class.
 
But I'd also guess there are times where you want to look
juuuuust a little leaner.  Maybe for spring break, a pool party
or cuz you you think you might be gettin' some ;)
 
In that case, this is your best bet.
