Time Under Tension (TUT) is basically the measure of time that
you continually place tension on the muscle you are training.

Ben Pakulski uses the term Neurological Overload Set (NOS)
to teach his clients the benefit, and how to use, time under tension.
In fact, Ben has a unique TUT method where he keeps tension on
the muscle for an entire 40 seconds per set, followed by a short
40 second rest interval!
It sounds like hell to me!
But this "mind over muscle" technique sure takes full advantage
of the muscle building principle of TUT.
