NEW 5-Minute "Hybrid Workouts" Get You SHREDDED!

You might remember about four weeks ago I put up a video
with me FAILING on a single with 545 lbs... but since then
I have been following a STRICT deadlift training protocol.

Here is the cool thing about my current training routine...
While my strength is going up, I am also dropping fat faster
than I have been in months!

There are a few reasons why this is happening, and I plan on
sharing them all with you in a few days.

But for now I want to share the system I am using for strength
building while burning fat.

First, I am using percentages to dictate what weight to train with
for each workout, this is something I have not done is years... it
is proving to be a great method for building my strength.
Secondly, I am follow up each heavy weight / low volume
training session with what we call a Hybrid Finisher.

These "Finishers" work to increase the athletes work capacity
and muscle density while burning fat... all without sacrificing
hard earned muscle.

The reason why they work so well is because they only last
five to ten minutes.

That is enough time to get the heart beating like an African
drum without lasting so long that you begin destroying muscle.

Training for strength is probably one of my most favorite activities
