5 minute "Ball-Buster" (do THIS workout today)

Yo it's Elliott!
 
This weekend me and a few of my super strong "muscle head"
buddies
spent about 7 hours shooting workout footage for a new
project I'm putting together.
 
One of these dudes was our 230 pound, lean and jacked friend,
and fellow strength coach Chandler Marchman.
 
While he was here he shared a few "5 minute workout" videos
with me that I think you'll like.

This is a DOPE 5 minute workout that you need to add to the
end of your weightlifting session today... especially if you're
looking to shed some blubber before spring ;)
