I just finished writing up my review on 24/7 Fat Loss.
It tells you what's included. How often you workout and what you can
expect from the diet manual.
Sorry it took me a while to get this posted. As you may or may not know
I just got back in town from visiting the Grand Canyon and I'm still getting
caught up.
It's kind of scary how similar this is to Lean Hybrid Muscle RELOADED
actually. The diet has fast days, over-feeding days (I call them reload days).
But there are a few things that make it quite different as well. Like carb
syncing by meal instead of by day for example. And if you are super busy
and only want to train 3 days per week this program might be more up your
alley because with LHM Reloaded you train 5x's a week.
The workouts are based on MRT or what I call hybrid cardio, so you can't
go wrong with that.
