The World Series & NFL will ruin your life forever!

When I first went into business for myself as a strength coach, a
good friend recommend I listen to an audio program by Brian
Tracy called "The Luck Factor".

I loved the ideas presented in these CDs so much that I literally
brainwashed myself with it by listening to them well over 100
times in my car while driving to the gym.

One of the many Brain Tracy quotes that I memorized from the
program was...

"If you walk into the home of an average person the first thing
that you'll notice is the largest television that money can buy.

But when you walk into the home of a successful person the
first thing you might notice is a large, fully stocked library."

Honestly, if you are pressing full steam ahead at becoming the
strongest version of yourself you have NO TIME TO WASTE.

Instead of engaging in mindless entertainment, you are busy
reading non-fiction books that expose you to powerful ideas you
can use to get stronger.

Instead of watching the professional athletes on TV, you are busy
training like one.

As an ex-Division I college football player you'd think that I give
a rats ass about the NFL, college football or perhaps the almighty
The World Series of baseball...

But the truth is that I can care less... in fact, I really never cared
about the entertainment of sports.  I am only interested in the
domination of sports!

Now, I'm sure not everyone is going to agree with me about this.

But if you are like me and are more interested in personal strength
and development, than who-won-what-game on the television,
this might be interesting to you.

Eric Cressey is a strength and conditioning coach that specializes in
training professional baseball and football players.

His job is to help these guys get stronger and more athletic so they
can continue to entertain your lazy, sports fan friends and keep their
high profile jobs.

Well, since Eric realizes that superior minded men and women like
yourself
would actually enjoy TRAINING LIKE A PRO ATHLETE,
he put all of his pro athlete workout on paper for you to use.

He calls his system "Show & Go":

Warning: this is not your typical "get firmer pecs" workout routine.

It's an actual template for creating professional quality strength and
conditioning workouts.

PS - Eric is offering a closed door training seminar for free to anyone
who invests in his pro athlete workout system by the end of the day
today.
