[OBAMA] The War Is NOT Over...

If you're as obsessed about history, politics and world affairs
as I am, you are intrigued by US president Barack Obama's
statement of "military victory" in Iraq and that he plans to
"bring the troops home" by January.

And our troops are coming home, awesome!
Now, if you are as skeptical as I am about the things that most
politicians say, you're probably asking yourself, "what the heck
is REALLY going on here?"
In fact, if you are as curious as I am about most things, then you
are probably always asking yourself, "what the heck is REALLY
going on here?"
Like when you are training or have a client that is doing all of
the right things.
Eating right.
Training right.
Living right.
Yet fat loss or muscle building results are slow coming or even
non existent.
You know something is wrong, but you just can't put your finger
on it.
If you had a system, or even just a perspective from which to
assess yourself or your client you would be far more empowered
to fix the root of the problems.

The absolute very first thing I teach my Strengthology Students in
the Superior Program Design Course is that they must assess the

We assess the nervous system.
We assess muscle imbalance.
We assess physiological load.
We assess metabolic type.
We assess almost everything that can give us a glimpse at "what the
heck is really going on."

It looks like the next step for us will be to create the 201 course and
focus on helping the new students move through these classes as
