Loved by some, hated by others...all would agree that Vince Gironda
had a passion for bodybuilding.

Do I agree with absolutely everything Vince Gironda ever said? No, I
don't. But I can tell you that whatever he preached he could justify and
and make a strong case for.
He was a man with conviction and I can respect that.
He figured things out for himself. In fact I read in VGLM that he
was self taught in anatomy and kinesiology. The methods and techniques
he created were his own based on experimentation, creativity and his
observations.
He set the standard back in the day and much of what he taught is still
being followed today.
As unique as his thinking and methods were, if you look at them closely
you will find they are built on a very basic foundation, a very solid foundation
at that.
Some of his concepts are today being exalted as being "New
Breakthroughs." All you have to do is look at the past to see the future.

Having said that, this new book Vince Gironda Legend and Myth is not
the final destination or solution to your journey. However it s a tremendous
resource.
Perhaps you'll adopt some of Vince's ideas as you continue to form your own
personal philosophy towards health and fitness. I know I certainly have.
