Jordan asked this question about losing the last layer of

belly fat, over on my youtube channel.

I felt really bad for this kid since its clear that he is busting

his ass and getting nowhere.

So I asked a good friend of mine to make this video for him.

It's a really short youtube video, about seven minutes long.

Some of what is discussed may surprise you, especially what

he says about eating too much protein and something he calls

GLUCONEOGENISIS <--- sounds pretty bad!
