If you're dehydrated and need electrolytes most people 
automatically think of drinking Gatorade.
 
Especially when athletes are trying to reconstitute or 
rehydrate after cutting weight.  You'll see people walking
around drinking Gatorade like crazy.
 
Elliott and I are not big fans of Gatorade due to the
high sodium and the sugars aren't the greatest either.

TALMANT'S HOME MADE GATORADE RECIPE
 
-20 ounces of water
-1/8 teaspoon of celtic sea salt
-1/32 scoop of potassium (a pinch)
-1 tablespoon of carbohydrate powder (ex: dextrose, maltodextrin, waxy maize)
-2 drops of Stevia sweetener
 
There you have it.  If you're rehydrating from strenous
exercise or trying to put weight back on after cutting a mixture
like this has the right amount of electrolytes and will help
replenish you much better than regular water would.
 
If you make this homemade Gatorade it's going to work 
two-fold for you!
 
1)  Like we mentioned you'll rehydrate better because of the 
electrolytes, potassium and Celtic sea salt.
 
2)  In addition to that the scoop of carbohydrate powder is
definitely going to fill up your glycogen stores quicker.  For
every molecule of carbohydrate you take in  between three
and four molecules of water latch onto it.  
 
And that my friends is where you get the volumization effect,
that swole.
