thicker neck & wrists

A few years ago I received a phone call from a
prospect who wanted to join my gym, Strength
Camp.
The call came on a Sunday while I was at home
with my children, I was reluctant to answer but
I chose to pick up anyway.

On the other end of the call was a guy who

new gym or "fitness class" to join all afternoon.
It seems he was hell-bent on finding someone who
would help rid him of his love handle and double

He wanted to cut through all the BS and get
straight to the point of our conversation (as did I).

"Just tell me EXACTLY what type of result can
you promise me if I join your gym and use your
style of training for three months." he inquired.
Already irritated from being interrupted on a

candid answer...
"I absolutely, 100% GUARANTEE that you will
have a thicker neck and thicker wrists by joining
my class!"
my class!"
I'm pretty sure that is NOT what he wanted to hear,
especially since he was in the market for a thinner
waist and not thicker body parts.
Look, the type of training that I have ALWAYS
been attracted to is similar to what we described
This heavy, odd object training combined with serious
functional demands and power is perfect for people
who simply love to train.
The aesthetic benefits of training always sits in
second or even third place to the addictive enjoyment
that we have for the simple art and expression of hard-
core workouts that challenge us.
If you're looking for a thinner waist and softer hands,
then this type of training is NOT for you.
If you like the look of lower back muscles that appear
as if two steel pipes were stuffed beneath the skin, then
you'll love this type of training.

If you NEED to be challenged physically and emotionally.
If you NEED to push yourself hard every workout.
If you NEED to approach the limits of your potential.

If you are ADDICTED to thick muscle, strength, power,
danger and ruggedness...
