1 SUPER Embarrassing Picture (he he he!)

Published: Tue, 04/19/11

After yesterday's email where I empathized with the
disturbing plight of the "Hardgainer" I immediately
got back an angry response from my training partner
Mike (you know him as Westy ;)

Seems that I had once again forced my words into his
mouth by stating that neither he nor I have struggled
with the problem of Gaining Mass
.

Well attached to an e mail containing a few choice words,
Mike sent me THIS super embarrassing picture of the
puny 155 pound frame that he walked around in during
high school.

Today I promised to share the story of my Hardgainer
friend Little John...

But before I tell you about his hope for a bigger, more
masculine and confident future,

Here are a few of the frustrations that our very own Mike
Westy described in his irate e mail yesterday morning.

Mike admitted that as a skinny punk:

[+] He had a hard time talking to girls (let alone getting a date).

[+] He was picked on my bigger guys for being frail.

[+] He wore baggy clothes to hide his bony body.

[+] He secretly admired the guys in the fitness magazines

[+] He tried working out, but could barely do 10 push ups... so he quit!

Now as embarrassed as Mike was about being skinny, weak
and undesirable to women...

He had ONE thing going for him.

Mike learned of a doctor of Exercise Physiology while
traveling in Sweden that completely changed his mindset and
taught him a weird, scientific method for building mass by,

Cycling "over feeding"meal plans with "underfeeding"
meal plans....

Almost like Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded (but for mass gaining
instead of getting leaner
)

More on that later.

As for our buddy Little John, he had me rolling on the floor with
laughter and gitty anticipation when he shared his hopes for the
future with me.

Although still quite skinny, I am 100% confident that with John's
faith and work ethic he is going to exceed his staunch expectations
to finally get noticed by girls, walk taller and demand the respect
& attention he deserves from his peers!

There is hope for John, and if you are a hardgainer like him, or
like Mike used to be... then there IS hope for you too.

Anyway, I'm late for a meeting with Mike where I am going
to twist his beefy arm to tell me more about this Exercise
Physiologist that he learned about in Sweden.

Hopefully I'll get back to you with some juicy bits of mass gaining
info ;)

Stay Hybrid Strong,
Elliott & "Former Skinny Bastard" Westerdal

PS - I may need your help with something tomorrow, so keep an
eye out for a quick e mail from me... cool?
