5 Useless Exercises (don't do em')

I've got to be completely honest here... training for
a thin waist, bicep "peaks" and a sexy shaved back
is not my cup of tea.
Training for bigger thicker muscles, power and
Aggressive Strength is superior on Planet Hybrid :)

Before I share my list... here is part 2 on how to
maximize your strength in my very favorite exercise:
Top 5 Useless Exercises:
#1. The "Good Girl, Bad Girl" thigh thinning machine
at the gym... you know, the one that women sit on and
proceed to push their thighs together or push them apart
with.

#2. Bench Dips, you know the one where you have your
hand behind your body on the bench and you sink your
body down between them? Yea, that sucks for strength
and will destroy your shoulders.
#3. ANYTHING on the Smith Machine, this thing is a
joke... it forces and facilitates some of the worst squat,
joke... it forces and facilitates some of the worst squat,
bench and pulling form ever. Then people get f-ed up
recruitment patterns and wonder why their back hurts.
#4. Leg Extension Machine, look if tight IT band, a tonic
ACL and hip flexors that tug on your lumbar spine is all
cool to you... then by all means, use this machine.
#5. The Shake Weight, just google it if you want a good
laugh :)
