First, I am absolutely humbled by all of the postive
feedback we have been getting from all of the brand
new "LHM Soldiers" who grabbed a copy of Lean
Hybrid Reloaded and have already started their
workouts!

I was just skimming though YouTube a few minutes
ago and found this crazy youtube fan who has decided
to keep an LHM workout video journal!
You can see one video from the link above, but he has
about 5 of them describing his experinces with the
workouts and meal plan....
Wait until you hear what he had to say about fasting for
24 hours yesterday LOL!

PS - i think Mike's dog is sick... he's been doing some
REALLY weird stuff (like super strange).
Anyway, I think he's gonna tell you about it tomorrow
